Care21's number one priority is you – our clients. Care21's goal is to ship products that are free of defects and perform to normal, published technical specification. To show our clients the quality and service that we deliver, Care21 offers a warranty on all our items. While most equipment manufacturers offer only a 90-day warranty on new equipment and most secondary market resellers offer only a 30-day guarantee, Care21 offers a full one-year warranty on all pre-owned and refurbished equipment. One year, as standard, guaranteed. If you experience an equipment failure, our technical engineering support teams will either solve your problem over the phone or immediately send a replacement unit for next business day delivery. Standard 1-Year Warranty

All pre-owned equipment sold by Care21 includes a standard one-year, advanced replacement warranty, as well as 8x5 installation support and troubleshooting from Cisco-certified technicians. With responsive account managers and expert technical support, we can quickly help you find the solution you need.

Care21 understands that networks are mission critical for any business, and our warranty is designed with uptime in mind. If you experience an equipment failure that cannot be resolved by our TAC team, Care21 will immediately provide a replacement. No waiting until you return the original unit; no waiting for repair. A replacement can be on-site and installed before the original unit has left your location.
